Taco pileca salata

Sastojci: taco tortilje, 1 glavica zelene salate, 100g kukuruza, 2-3 paradajza, 250g pileceg belog mesa, sok od 1/2 limuna, 1 avokado, 2 kasike kisele pavlake (12%), 1 kasicica vinskog sirceta, kasicica maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Zelenu salatu oprati i iseci na trakice. Paradajza oljustiti i iseci na kockice. Belo meso oprati. Avokadi oljustiti i izvaditi kosticu.
2) Belo meso staviti u serpicu, dodati vodu i kuvati oko 20 do 30 minuta. Ocediti i iscepkati na trakice ili iseci na kockice. ILI pripremiti Rostiljsko pilece belo meso.

3) Pomesati ulje, kiselu pavlaku i sirce. Cuvati u frizideru.
4) Avokado usitniti da dobijete pire. Dodati sok od limuna i promesati.
5) Pomesati zelenu salatu, kukuruz, paradajz i piletinu. Preliti sa prelivom i promesati
6) U glavni deo kutije za rucak staviti mesaviu zelene salate i piletine. U manji odeljak avokado. A u treci, tortilju isecenu na kocke.
