Hleb od celih zrna psenica sa semenkama

Sastojci: 400g psenice, 65g ovsenih pahuljica, 65g razanih pahuljica, 65g jecmeih pahuljica, 70g susama, 30g semenki lana, 50g semenke suncokreta, 50g semenki bundeve, 1/2 kasicice soli.

Priprema:
1) Psenicu potopiti u vodu. Ostaviti 3 dana. Na svakih  8 sati menjati vodu. Pahuljice potopiti u vodu i ostaviti preko noci. Ocediti.
2) U blender staviti psenicu i usitniti dok ne dobijete glatku smesu.

3) Pomesati psenicu i pahuljice. Dodati semenke bundeve, suncokret i so.
4) U kalup za hleb staviti papir za pecenje i sipati smesu. Peci u pretnofno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C oko 30 minuta, pojacati na 220C i peci jos 20 minuta.
5) Ohladjen hleb cuvati u frizideru.
