Pilece pljeskavice

Sastojci: 500g pileceg mlevenog mesa, 1 sargarepa, 1/2 stapa celera, 1 kasika vlasca, brokoli, krompir pire.

Priprema:
1) Sargarepu oljustiti i iseci na komade. Celer iseci na komade. Pripremiti brokoli.
2) U blender staviti pilece mleveno meso, sargarpeu, celer i vlasac. Usitniti.
3) Ruke blago namazati uljem i napraviti pljeskavice.
4) U pleh staviti papir za pecenje i poredjati pljeskavice. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 15 minuta ili dok ne budu gotove.
6) Posluziti uz brokoli i krompir pire.
