Pire od sargarepe, krompira i kukuruza

Sastojci: 2 kasike margarina (bez soli) ili gi putera, 2 sargarepe, 1 krompir, 250ml vode, 80g kukuruza (u zrnu), 2 kasike mleka.

Priprema:
1) Sargarepu i krompir oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
2) U serpici otopiti margarin na srednjoj temperaturi (4) i dodati sargarepu i prziti oko 5 minuta povremeno mesajuci.
3) Dodati krompir i vodu i krompir i kuvati 20 minuta. Dodati kukuruz i kuvati 5 minuta.
4) Stapnim mikserom ili u blenderu usitniti sa mlekom da se dobije pire.
