Pire od pecenih krusaka sa djumbirom

Sastojci: 3 kruske, prstohvat mlevenog djumbira.

Priprema:

1. Kruske oljustiti, ocistiti i iseci na pola po duzini.
2. U pleh staviti kruske, isecenom stranom na dole, u jedan red i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C, dok kruske ne budu dobro pecene, oko 30 minuta.
3. Izvaditi iz rerne i istaviti da se ohladi.
4. U blender (ili seckalicu) staviti kruske i dodati djumbir. Samleti dok ne postane glatko.
5. Pire od krusaka sipati u kutiju sa hermetickim poklopcem i cuvati u frizideru do 3 dana, ili zamrznuti i cuvati do 2 meseca.

Savet: kasicicom staviti u kalupe za led i zamrznuti.
